Right of withdrawal

Fourteen days

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract made at a distance within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason (French Consumer Code, article L221-18).

Subscriptions

By subscribing, you ask for Pro or Teams to start at once. If you withdraw within 14 days, you are refunded, less the days already used (article L221-25).

To withdraw, write to contact@filarr.com, or send the form below. Cancelling in the customer portal is different: it stops the renewal at the end of the period, without a refund.

Digital content delivered at once

Cosmetic packs, the lifetime licence and AI building credits are delivered as soon as they are paid. The payment page asks you to request this immediate access and to acknowledge that you then lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13°). Without that consent, the order does not go through.

The free trial

The trial costs nothing and ends on its own: there is nothing to withdraw from.

Refunds

A refund is made within 14 days of your withdrawal, with the same means of payment (article L221-24).
