Terms of sale

Seller

The seller is Belouar-Pruvot Mathis, Sainte Geneviève des Bois (company number Belouar-Pruvot Mathis, VAT number Belouar-Pruvot Mathis), reachable at contact@filarr.com.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which never shares your card details with NiceTiming.

What is sold

NiceTiming Pro, a subscription paid monthly or yearly: the Pro features of the extension, and NiceTiming Cloud without the free plan’s limits.

NiceTiming Teams, a subscription paid per seat and per month: Pro for each member who has a seat, and the team’s features on the Cloud. The team’s owner who pays chooses the number of seats.

The lifetime licence, paid once: the Pro features of the extension, with no end date. It does not include the Cloud without limits, which stays a subscription.

Options paid once or monthly, when the pricing page offers them: cosmetic packs for the island (they change its look, never what it does), AI building credits, the client portal on your own domain.

A free trial of Pro, once per account, for 14 days, without a card. It ends on its own; nothing is charged.

Prices

Prices are shown on the pricing page and on the payment page, in euros. For consumers in the European Union they include VAT. A change of price applies only to periods that start after it, and you are told at least 30 days before; you can cancel in the meantime.

Ordering and paying

You order from your account, on Stripe’s payment page, after accepting these terms. Stripe emails you a receipt, and invoices are available in the customer portal.

A subscription is charged at the start of each period. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days, and what you paid for keeps working for up to 14 days. After that the account is on the free plan: nothing you made is deleted.

Access

What you buy is available at once. In the extension, Pro arrives with the next sync, or with a licence key made on your subscription page.

Duration, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew on their own for the same period. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal: the subscription runs to the end of the period paid for, and is not charged again. Nothing is deleted when it ends.

For a yearly subscription, you are told by email before each renewal, with the date and the amount.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from a subscription; for digital content delivered at once, the right ends when you ask for immediate access. The right of withdrawal page explains how.

Guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-1 and following). Tell us at contact@filarr.com about anything that does not work as described.

Disputes

Write to contact@filarr.com first: most problems are solved this way. A consumer may then turn to the consumer mediator, free of charge: Belouar-Pruvot Mathis. These terms are governed by French law; a consumer keeps the protection of the law of the country where they live.
